Private Session
One-on-one teaching for injury recovery, prenatal practice, or starting privately before joining a class. In studio, or in your home.
I came to Anna after a herniated disc, terrified to move. Six months later I'm back on my bike. She listens like a physical therapist and teaches like someone who has been doing this her whole life.

The teacher
Anna Vance,
RYT-500.
Anna has been teaching since 2017 with additional certifications in prenatal yoga (Bo Forbes) and yoga therapy for back care (Y4HC). Brightwater is her own studio, kept small on purpose: twelve mats, six classes a week, and time to actually see the people in the room.
