Slow Flow

60 min · $24

A measured-pace vinyasa designed for thinking, breathing humans. We move through a sequence with enough time to actually inhabit each posture. Modifications are offered every class. No mirrors, no music with lyrics, no rushing.

Best for: Returning practitioners, beginners ready to move, anyone looking for a thoughtful weekly practice.

Restorative

75 min · $28

Floor-based and fully supported with bolsters, blankets, and blocks. We hold five or six shapes for several minutes each. The room is dim, the lights are warm, and the goal is rest, not stretch. Anna trained in yoga therapy for back care (Y4HC) and brings that lens to every restorative class.

Best for: Chronic pain, stress recovery, sleep trouble, anyone whose nervous system needs the slow lane.

First time?

A few things to know.

  • Arrive ten minutes early. The door locks at the start of class.
  • Mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Bring socks.
  • Wear what you can move in. The room is kept around 70°F.
  • Tell Anna at sign-in if you have an injury or are pregnant. She will adjust the class.
  • If you've never practiced before, Saturday 9 AM Slow Flow is the gentlest entry point.
