Acceptance of Terms
By accessing brightwateryoga.com or using any service offered by Brightwater Yoga, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services Offered
Brightwater Yoga provides yoga instruction including group classes, private sessions, and small-group privates, taught by Anna Vance, RYT-500. A current list of services is available on our classes and private sessions pages.

User Conduct
You agree not to use this site to: scrape or harvest content; disrupt or attempt to disrupt site operation; misrepresent your identity; submit false information through forms; or use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, illustrations, and design, is owned by Brightwater Yoga or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Not Medical Advice
Information on this site, and instruction received in any class or private session, is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Booking, Cancellation, and Refunds
Class bookings are processed through our scheduling provider. You may cancel a class booking up to 12 hours before the start time for a full credit. Cancellations within 12 hours forfeit the booking. Private session deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the session.

Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, Brightwater Yoga and Anna Vance are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Direct damages are capped at the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brightwater Yoga, Anna Vance, and any contractors from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
